Enrollment 

Please Read Before You Enroll

1. As a client of Debt/Wealth Financial Services LLC, we require you to maintain active credit monitoring the entire time you are enrolled in our program. Credit monitoring is necessary, as it allows us to track your progress during your credit repair journey (deletions, score changes, new accounts, etc). We cannot provide accurate disputing without it. The credit monitoring is an additional $24.99 a month. If you let your credit monitoring cancel and do not update in a timely manner, your services will be canceled.

2. If you have an active bankruptcy please DO NOT SIGN UP for our services as we will not be able to help you at this time. If your bankruptcy has been dismissed or discharged, you can continue with the enrollment process.

3. Please do not sign up if you are not able to complete your onboarding within 48 hours of receiving your client details. You should be able to complete the required steps in the Client Portal within 15 minutes.

4. If you are currently behind on your bills and cannot make on-time payments for the next 6-8 months, please do not sign up for our services. We do not want our services to be a burden and become another bill added on. We want you to get the most out of the process as possible and paying your bills late will hurt you regardless of the efforts in other areas. Old accounts are okay, but if you are behind on your current accounts we will not be able to help you at this time.

5. Credit restoration is a team effort. Paying your bills on time, building/adding positive credit, and paying your credit card balances down is what we expect out of all of our clients. If you are not willing to be consistent in doing these things and follow the personal action plan we create for you, please do not sign up for our services.

6. You will be billed 30 days after we complete the work for that month or billing cycle. If you cancel within a billing cycle you will be required to pay for that month, dye to us billing you at the end of the payment cycle. For example, you enrolled on April 12, your monthly payment cycle is April 12 - May 11. You will be billed for this payment on May 12. If you decide to cancel the service, you will still owe for this pay period. The cancelation will be the following billing cycle. You will not be billed after that as long as we receive your cancelation notice within 5 business days of your next billing cycle.
